You mentioned nested subtasks as a feature you may want.
Apps like ticktick android#
I've spent way too much time comparing Android apps for what you're wanting, and for the last few years preferred TickTick (someone else just suggested it for you). It helps more cognitive-wise to write things down than to type it, mainly for taking notes but to create diagrams (I'm a visual thinker). Then I have this huge ass clipboard I lug with me everywhere (I actually keep it in my bag when going out). Journals are mainly done from my phone w/ JotterPad, just because it's convenient and always accessable >!It reads/write from my Google-Drive directly!<. I always forget things after like 5-10 mins, so it helps keep menial thoughts in circulation longer (small thoughts lead to bigger ideas). One for writing personal thoughts, and the other for writing down ideas for projects/ideas. Even pay the shitty subscription, it's hard to manage so many things on your own.Īlso have 2 types of journals. It has widgets and features like a calendar, multiple task-viewing options, a daily habit checklist, and a timer for balancing work/breaks (all of which I use, surprisingly enough).

Mainly use an app called TickTick to manage to-do task lists and schedules, syncs with PC + Mobile. I actually use a combination of schedule managers/methods, it's honestly tiring.

Let me start by saying what my professor use to say, "in order to have a productive day and a productive life you need to make friends with Google calendar" what he meant by this is in order to spend your day productively you need to make a schedule of your day and treat it not as your boss who you need to obey at all times but rather as a friend who you s n look up to for advice, and Google calendar as a tool will help you with it, but there was only one problem it was ugly (sort of), and lacked features that a to do list should have (to be fair it is primarily a calendar app) and it's wigit is not TRANSPARENT (which means a lot to me as I like my homescreen as clean as possible) so my search for better replacement lead me to Tick Tick and Loop habit tracker today I am going to review the former, tick tick is and amazing to do list app allowing for custom snooze and a transparent wigit and the most amazing features is that you can subscribe to other calendars which means it can do everything Google calendar can do and more, no ads and most of the app is completely free other that a few wigit (you still got some and free once are also transparent) and some paid themes, all and all has helped me a lot in getting parts of my life straight and I wish this combo (tick tick and loop habit tracker) helps you in figuring out how to best spend your day. That means team members can work on their tasks in the to-do app and managers can use sophisticated views for more complex project management purposes. Can't believe the irony that I forgot I had to write review about a calendar /to do list app Our Zenkit To Do app is fully integrated with Zenkit Base. This is why we’ve created the Zenkit Suite, including Zenkit To Do (task management tool) and the original Zenkit Base (project management tool).
However, what if others require additional views on your information for managing complex projects? Some people in your team might only need a simple task management tool. You can also share your lists with your team, friends, and family members to stay organized together.
